About Hardin Valley Heat & Air Owner Kevin Silvis

I moved to Knoxville, TN, in 2008, met my wife and married in 2013. We have 3 wonderful kids in the Hardin Valley school system.

I’ve always been driven to help people in need. Therefore, in 2008 I jumped at the opportunity to create a career in HVAC and help people with their heating and air conditioning needs. My company is locally-owned in Hardin Valley (although we will travel up to 2 hours!), and built on these traditional family values: fairness, honesty and dependability.

What Services Does Hardin Valley Heat & Air Provide?

We provide HVAC services for our Residential and Commercial customers. Some of the services we provide, but are not limited to are: servicing and troubleshooting of all HVAC equipment brands, preventative maintenance, heater and air conditioner repairs, new equipment installations, ventilation (cooktop hoods, dryer vents, exhaust fans, etc.), installation of indoor air quality products, and installations of natural gas and propane lines. We also install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on all brands of tankless water heaters. In addition, we clean dryer exhausts, and service and perform maintenance on all pool heaters. Furthermore, we perform servicing and maintenance of hanging and tube heaters, as well as installation, servicing, and maintenance of ductless mini split systems. We also work on Commercial makeup air units, as well as indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces.
